TMG Real Estate and Financial Services LLC d.b.a. First Omni Mortgage Lending (First Omni) is a national mortgage lender based in Louisville, Kentucky. The company commenced operations in October 2000 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Initially as a broker only, the company matched borrowers with national lenders. In 2003, First Omni augmented its mortgage business capabilities with lending lines of credit to underwrite and package loans for sale. First Omni is licensed to conduct business in 20 states.

In 2001, First Omni expanded its physical presence with operations and its headquarters in Louisville, Kentucky. Currently, First Omni has approximately 110 employees comprised of nearly 40 bankers and 20 centralized support staff in Louisville, 30 bankers and 5 support staff in Tulsa and 15 staff members in our new St. Louis location.
